Affiliate Program Terms & Information
Thank you for your interest in joining the Swag Bag Events Affiliate Program! By signing up, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.
1. Program Overview
• The Swag Bag Events Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by promoting our vendor services.
• Upon signing up you will receive a unique affiliate link to share with your audience. When someone makes a purchase using your link, you earn a commission based on the vendor package they select.
• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must have an active website, blog, social media presence, or other platform where you can promote Swag Bag Events.
• Swag Bag Events reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
• Affiliates earn a fixed 33% commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate link.
• Commissions are determined based on the vendor package link used at checkout.
• Commissions are tracked using cookies for 30 days. If a vendor signs up within this period using your affiliate link, you will earn a commission.
4. Payment
• Commissions are paid bi-weekly in Canadian currency (CAD).
• Payments will be processed via PayPal or bank transfer (additional payment options may be introduced in the future).
• A minimum payout threshold of $100 CAD must be met before receiving payment. If the minimum threshold is not reached, the balance will carry over to the next payout cycle.
• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate. Swag Bag Events is not responsible for lost payments due to incorrect payment information.
5. Prohibited Activities
To maintain fairness and integrity, affiliates must not engage in:
• Spam: Do not send unsolicited emails, messages, or mass advertisements to promote Swag Bag Events.
• Misrepresentation: Do not make false claims about Swag Bag Events, its services, or earnings potential.
• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to manipulate the system, including self-referrals, fake clicks, or using misleading tactics, will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of earned commissions.
6. Termination
• Swag Bag Events reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion.
• If your account is terminated due to a breach of these terms, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
• You may terminate your participation in the program at any time by contacting us.
7. Modifications
• Swag Bag Events reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the affiliate program at any time.
• Significant changes to the program (including commission rates or payment schedules) will be communicated to affiliates in advance.
